Cookie policy

This policy lists what orora-group.eu stores on your device, what each item is for and how long it stays. For what we do with personal data more generally, see our privacy policy.

What we mean by "cookies"

A cookie is a small file a website saves on your device. This site also uses two other forms of storage the law treats the same way: local storage, which stays until you clear it, and session storage, which disappears when you close the tab. All three are listed below.

How you choose

On your first visit, a banner asks which optional categories you allow.

  • Nothing optional is switched on in advance, and no analytics or marketing cookie is set before you accept.
  • Refusing takes one click, in the same place and with the same prominence as accepting.
  • Your choice is remembered for 12 months, after which we ask again.
  • You can change or withdraw it at any time via "Manage cookies" at the foot of every page. Withdrawal stops future collection; it cannot erase what was already collected.

Your decision is stored in your browser's local storage and is not sent to any server.

Essential (always on)

Needed to make the site work. They require no consent and are not used to track you.

  • cookie-consent.v1, local storage. Your cookie choices, when you made them, the banner version, and a random identifier specific to this site that lets a withdrawal be tied to the acceptance it revokes. Duration: until you clear it; we stop acting on it after 12 months.

The language you are reading is carried by the page address (/fr/… or /en/…), not by a cookie.

Analytics (consent required)

Set by PostHog, first-party, and only after you accept the "Analytics" category. If you refuse at the banner, PostHog never loads and nothing is written.

  • ph_<project>_posthog, cookie and local storage. A random identifier for your browser and current session, so that several page views count as one visit rather than several visitors. Duration: 12 months.
  • ph_<project>_window_id, ph_<project>_primary_window_exists, session storage. Tie the recording to this tab, so two open tabs do not produce one tangled recording. Duration: until you close the tab.
  • __ph_opt_in_out_<project>, cookie. Records whether PostHog may capture anything. Written only if you withdraw a consent you previously gave. Duration: until you clear it.

Marketing (consent required)

Loaded only after you accept the "Marketing" category.

  • _li_id.<account>, _li_ses.<account>, Leadinfo cookies. One recognises a returning visit, the other remembers the pages seen during the session, so Leadinfo can attribute the visit to a company. Duration: up to 2 years.
  • _li_id.<account>.expires, _li_ses.<account>.expires, snowplowOutQueue_{leadinfo}_post2, local storage. Leadinfo's own copy of when those cookies expire, and a queue of events it has not managed to send yet. Duration: temporary; the queue is emptied once sent.
  • Google Tag Manager: the container itself stores nothing on your device. It loads the tags we configure in it; any tag setting a cookie of its own would be added to this list.

Names containing <project> or <account> carry a project or account identifier that is the same for every visitor; it is not information about you.

Session recording

With "Analytics" consent, PostHog may record your visit: the pages, your clicks and scrolling, and the errors the page produces. What you type into a form is masked before it leaves your browser and no passwords are recorded, but the recording is not anonymous: your IP address is kept alongside it. Recordings are deleted after at most 30 days. If you would rather not be recorded, refuse or withdraw the "Analytics" category.

Managing your consent

Use "Manage cookies" at the foot of any page to review or withdraw your choice at any time.

You can also block or delete cookies from your browser settings. Note that blocking them broadly may affect sites other than this one.
